The Latino Council is a community-based organization that develops culturally-appropriate strategies and resources for organizational development, strategic planning, diversity board development and successful program development; and helps nonprofits, government agencies, community organizations, businesses and professionals to increase their capacity to create effective outcomes in their work with the Latino Community.
