Alliance members attended conferences and participated in seminars offered by The Nonprofit Centers Network and received strategic consultation throughout the design, development and implementation phases of the project.

From conception of the Alliance Center, to acquisition and build-out, to tenant relations, Tides consultants offered their expertise and knowledge of nonprofit center best practices to help the Alliance make informed decisions -- saving time, money and mistakes.

Today, the Alliance Center has earned LEED Existing Buildings Gold and Commercial Interiors Silver certifications, EPA Energy Star Leader status, and houses 35 nonprofit organizations that champion a range of environmental, health, media, social justice, and civic engagement projects.

From this world-class hub, just over a mile from the State Capitol in Denver, CO, the Alliance is building a statewide sustainability network aimed at fostering collaboration among nonprofits, businesses, government and education.
