Expanding Horizons

When Kieschnicks decided to expand their giving and express their commitment to social justice and social entrepreneurship through additional methods, they knew they could count on Tides’ comprehensive array of services for support. 

Through Tides, the Kieschnicks founded The Beatitudes Society as a fiscally sponsored project. The Beatitudes Society works to develop and sustain emerging Christian leaders who are committed to building a progressive network for justice, compassion, and peace. To establish this network of Christian leaders, it provides leadership development resources through its support of school chapters, paid summer fellowships, prophetic preaching workshops, and professional networking opportunities to its membership.  

As a fiscally sponsored project, Tides provides all operational infrastructure and back-office financial and human resources services to The Beatitudes Society which, in turn, allows the Kieschnicks to fully commit themselves to the values that drive their philanthropy.
