Fleishhacker Foundation

The Fleishhacker Foundation is a family foundation located in San Francisco, California. It was established in 1947 to improve the quality of life in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The Foundation makes grants to local, community-based organizations through two main programs: Arts & Culture and Precollegiate Education. There are two grant cycles per year for arts applications and one (spring) for education applications, with application deadlines of January 15 for spring decisions, and July 15 for fall decisions.
