General Assembly pioneers new accelerated training models aimed at empowering low-income adults and underrepresented communities in technology, including women, people of color, LGBTQ individuals, and veterans. To date, General Assembly has worked in partnership with a coalition of public, private, and social sector institutions to enable 500 adults with barriers to education and employment to receive training at no cost and pursue high-potential, high-wage careers in technology, data, business, and design.
