Tides Center is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join us in providing exceptional client service in supporting a portfolio of 25-30 partner projects. Working as part of a cross-functional service team, this role will provide HR support, guidance and advisory services to partner projects, ensuring that objectives are met, and that those objectives reflect Tides’ mission and values. Key responsibilities include onboarding, employee and management development, coaching, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and general policies and procedures.
