What is the process to open a fund at Tides Foundation?

The first step in opening a fund at Tides Foundation is determining whether your fund is aligned with our mission. If  The Tides Approach aligns with your vision, reach out to us via the Partner With Us  form. Our staff may contact you for an individualized initial assessment or more information.

If Tides Foundation determines you may be eligible to open a fund, you’ll receive a short online application to collect necessary information and for use in connection with a final assessment of eligibility and fit.

Tides Foundation reviews applications as they are received and retains full discretion to accept or reject an application for any reason. Among additional factors, applications may be accepted or rejected based on our organizational capacity to manage the fund, strength of mission alignment, and applicable legal requirements.
