Elle Fersan

Elle Fersan is Tides’ Chief Advancement Officer. Elle is a strategist, systems builder, and widely respected leader in the human rights and philanthropic sectors, with more than two decades of experience advancing equity across philanthropy, government, academia, UN agencies, and the nonprofit sector. A first-generation American and college graduate, she has led transformative initiatives in California and across the Middle East and North Africa, consistently centering the voices of those most impacted by injustice.
