Lauren A. Holland

Lauren A. Holland is Director of Impact Investments & Strategic Initiatives at Tides. Prior to Tides, Lauren has 25+ years of experience in investment research and portfolio management, with prior roles at CreditSights, Lehman Brothers and Citi. She is also Managing Partner of Wall Street Friends, a network of over 12,000 Black finance professionals. Lauren serves on the boards of Communities in Schools Memphis and the BCBR Foundation. She is an NACD certified director and a member of the current 50/50 Women on Boards cohort. Lauren holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Chicago Booth School of Business.
