Alex Rojas

Alex Rojas [she/her/ella] is Director, Philanthropy Services at Tides. A proud immigrant from the Dominican Republic, she has demonstrated passionate leadership in creating strategic investments for community-led solutions over her 30+year career. Alex is an accomplished professional in the areas of immigration, nonprofit administration, and civic participation. She currently serves as fund manager of the Immigrants Belong Fund at Tides — that seeks to leverage the narrative and storytelling power of immigrant communities and proximate leaders in the U.S. to foster a pro-immigrant future based on shared values and belonging. Prior to joining Tides, Alex was a director with the Twenty-First Century Foundation, a national Black-led public foundation, and she also co-founded Youth Unlimited, a New York City leadership program.
