Malenie Areché Rodriguez

Malenie Areché Rodriguez is an Advisor on Tides’ Corporate & Strategic Initiatives team. She draws her expertise from the nonprofit, for-profit, and government sectors, where she has focused on social impact strategy and grantmaking. With a partner-service approach rooted in centering grantees and the needs of those who are most marginalized, Malenie believes in meeting people where they are and building bigger tables where the loudest voices in the room are Black people, trans people, and all others who have been historically marginalized.
